for this Insane Season  
Take a few notes or write a short story about how you are feeling right now about the season and where you are at in
your preparations or anything else that bothers you about it.  

Rate the feeling you are experiencing 0 – 10 with 0 meaning it doesn’t bother you and 10 meaning it’s the worst it could
ever be. Feel free to print this out and fill in the blanks, otherwise just fill them in as you tap along.

Now tapping 7 to 10 times on each of these points, read these lines out loud.
