Feeling STRESSED by the kids? Try EFT!
Focus clearly on the reason for the stress.
(Johnny won't stop crying; Suzy threw her food on the floor again, Jill is picking on Isaac, be specific about the cause)
Write down the specific thing that is stressing you and rate the amount of stress you are feeling 0 = no problem,
to 10 = worst it could be, and write that down too.
Tap on the side of your hand, (KC) below your little finger, where you would do a karate chop. Keep tapping here
while making this statement: “Even though (state what you wrote down as the current issue), I accept myself. Repeat
this statement 3 times while tapping on the karate chop spot. (This statement simply states that you are
accepting that you have this problem.)
While stating the reason you feel stressed at each point, tap 7 or 8 times on each of these acupressure points
located at:

EB-Inside corner of the eyebrow ("e.g., Johnny won't stop crying!")
SE-Beside of eye on the bone ("e.g., Nothing I do helps!")
UE-Under eye on the bone ("e.g., Johnny won't stop crying!")
UN-Under the nose ("e.g., Nothing I do helps!")
CH-Above the chin, just below lower lip ("e.g., Johnny won't stop
crying!")
CB-Colarbone ("e.g., I can't figure it out and it scares me!")
UA-Under the arm in the middle of the ribs ("e.g., Johnny won't stop
crying!")
TH-Top of the head ("e.g., Johnny won't stop crying!")
Take a deep breath and relax.
Focus on the stress level again. Make sure you are focusing on
the same thing you were a minute ago. (Sometimes it will clear and
something else will come up that feels just as strong.) Rate the same
thing you were tapping on earlier and see if it's changed. Write
your new number down.
Tap again on all of the spots while stating "This remaining stress."
At each point. Repeat these steps till you feel calm.
This won't stop Johnny from crying but it will help you feel differently
about it. Sometimes, if you are near 'Johnny' when he's crying, and
you tap, he may even calm down. This works for lots of things! Just
change the words.
